PRiMA control panels have received a new, interesting feature - the possibility for remote upload/download via Cloud. This enables security installers to connect remotely to customer's system, for making the adjustment to site programming, perfrorm basic diagnostics or download events - all this without the need of visiting the customers.

Remote programming via cloud is supported in the lastest Firmware revisions, using PRiMAtool version 1.3.125 or newer.
